Tredyffrin Public Library is proud to offer proctoring services at no cost. However, fees for special services include:
- Printing: 10 cents per page in black and white & 30 cents per page in color
- Faxing: $1 per page including the cover sheet
- Pre-paid envelopes for exams requiring materials mailed by the library (paid by institution or student)
We provide a private, quiet space and a computer for your use, depending on need and availability. Please be aware, the proctor must see the screen unobstructed. Come prepared with any required materials, including passwords for exam websites. Additionally, students provide their own scrap paper, writing instruments, calculators and headphones, if needed.
Do not tell your learning institution that Tredyffrin Public Library is your testing site without first confirming an appointment with the proctor. Tredyffrin Public Library reserves the right to return tests to the issuing institution if an appointment has not been made.
We do our best to be accommodating, however, be aware that evening appointments may not be available. We do not provide weekend proctoring.
To request proctoring by a Tredyffrin Township Librarian, please contact Kate Boyle at 610.688.7092 x 217 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unable to make a scheduled appointment? Please contact your proctor as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
BYU Students & Parents
Please be aware that as of July 7, 2018, we are only certified to proctor for online BYU exams. We apologize for the inconvenience, however, you will need to make alternate arrangements for paper BYU exams.
