    Reduce Stress & improve your sense of well-being
    Focus on poses that stretch, lengthen & strengthen the body’s structure. Improve balance, core strength & alignment through slow movements.
    No experience necessary. Bring a mat for floor work.
    $5 fee per class.

    Review work, trade literary tips, make friends and have fun! Connect with other writers and build a thriving community together. All writers,and all should-be writers, are welcome!
    Times are flexible–please contact the organizers for details!

    Bring your poetry, your novels, your short stories, and your inspiration. This group is an opportunity for creative writers of all genres to come together and support one another as we develop our skills and confidence as writers. We will hold open meetings with some formal guidelines, to share our writing and inspire one other.

Topics covered will include how to select a college; what colleges seek from their applicants; college admissions tests and requirements; hot topics and trends in admissions; and financial aid. This informative and fun workshop is led by an experienced college counselor and former college admissions officer and dean, Cigus Vanni.
