The 2024 Tredyffrin Township Library Foundation Golf Classic is going Mini!

In 2024, our Golf Classic will be Mini! Everyone is invited inside Tredyffrin Public Library to play miniature golf on November 1 & 2, 2024. This event will celebrate your libraries inside the library! All funds raised will go toward the Tredyffrin Township Library Foundation’s Endowment, which ensures future sustainability and growth of Tredyffrin Public Library and Paoli Library.
The weekend includes three events for the community:
Adult Par-TEE
Friday, November 1 @ 7pm
Adults are invited to enjoy a Par-TEE at Tredyffrin Public Library. Lite bites, drinks, a raffle and, of course, miniature golf, will be included in this fun night out! Celebrate and support your libraries with friends and fun.

Communi-TEE Day
Saturday, November 2, 10am-4pm
Everyone is invited to come out for 18 holes of miniature golf at Tredyffrin Public Library. Explore all areas of the library on a fun course. Enjoy refreshments, activities, and a raffle in the 19th Hole before or after you play.
Tickets: $5/person at the door
TEEn Hour
Saturday, November 2, 4-5pm
The final hour of Communi-TEE Day, from 4-5pm, will be reserved just for teens.

It’s all “Fore” Your Libraries!
The Mini Golf Classic is your libraries’ largest fundraising event. Sponsorships, raffle donations, and financial donations are all necessary for a successful event!
Sponsorships
Sponsors have an exciting opportunity to market their business, favorite charity, etc to 400+ people who will play miniature golf at the libraries by decorating a hole!
Sponsors of at least $450 have the extraordinary option to decorate a hole as they wish (limited to the first 18 sponsors). Businesses can decorate with products or items related to their services, and will be welcome to include promotional items for golfers to take with them at their holes. Families and charities can decorate to promote their cause, as well. Sponsors may also choose to delegate the opportunity to decorate a hole to a scout troop, school classroom or club. The library staff is ready and excited to help sponsors envision and create their holes!
Sponsorships are available from $350 to $5,000, and include online and print marketing opportunities and event tickets, as well. All sponsorships are at least 75% tax-deductible. Sponsors of past events have included most of the leading businesses in Tredyffrin and beyond!

Raffle
We seek donations of items, baskets, services, or experiences valued at $100 or more for our raffle, which will be visible in Tredyffrin Public Library beginning in October, and throughout the weekend’s events. We look forward to showcasing local businesses and services with our raffle! To donate, please contact Rachel Kramer.
Click here to purchase raffle tickets ($30/bundle of 10). Event attendees will receive their tickets at registration to allocate to prizes they wish to win. Winners need not be present!
