The mission of the Friends of Paoli Library is to support the library’s programs, resources, and events through fundraising, community partnerships, and outreach.
We are revitalizing the Friends group to bring new energy, ideas, and opportunities to the library. The Friends are a volunteer-run nonprofit, and everything we do is aimed at helping the library thrive as a warm, welcoming place for everyone in our community.
We are currently seeking founding officers to join our new Friends Board of Directors, including a Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Members-at-Large. Officers will help guide fundraising efforts, plan community events, and build partnerships that raise awareness of the library, bring in new Friends members, and provide funding for library programs and resources. The Paoli Friends do not run bookstores or book sales; the commitment focuses instead on membership drives, community-building, and member events.
If you are interested in becoming an officer or joining the Friends, or want to learn more, please email us at friendsofpaoli@gmail.com or call the library at 610-296-7996. We will be posting more updates soon as we roll out details about Friends membership, upcoming events, and other ways to get involved.
