How to Request a Meeting Room
- Read the Tredyffrin Township Libraries Meeting Room Policy. Please note that you are only able to request a room rental sixty (60) days in advance.
- Click the calendar(s) below for each room’s availability, then find a day and time that the room is open. Room availability does not guarantee a reservation.
- Fill out the Meeting Room Rental Request Form in full. A copy of the request will be sent to the email address with which you fill out this form.
- Expect a response to your request within 2-3 business days.

Tredyffrin Public Library
Notes:
- Students will be required to upload a copy of their student ID when applying to reserve a room with a student discount rate.
- Additional fees may apply:
- Use of Audiovisual Equipment: $25/booking
- Use of Piano: $50/booking

Notes:
- The Paoli meeting room is located on the lower level and may be reached by stairs or outside entrance.
- This room is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.

Room Rental Request
Please fill out the following form to request a room to rent at either Tredyffrin Public Library or Paoli Library.
Notes:
- A copy of your request will be sent to your email once the form has been submitted.
- Per policy, meeting rooms can be booked up to 60 days in advance of the intended booking date.
- Students requesting rooms with student discount rates will be required to upload a copy of their student ID for verification.
- Please allow for 2-3 business days for us to respond.
