Tredyffrin Public Library proudly offers proctoring services. We provide a private, quiet space and a computer for your use, depending on need and availability. Please be aware that the proctor must see the screen unobstructed. Come prepared with any required materials, including passwords for exam websites. Additionally, students must provide their own scrap paper, writing instruments, calculators, and headphones, if needed.
Appointments Required
Do not tell your learning institution that Tredyffrin Public Library is your testing site without first confirming an appointment with the proctor. Tredyffrin Public Library reserves the right to return tests to the issuing institution if an appointment has not been made.
We do our best to be accommodating; however, please be aware that evening appointments may not be available. We do not provide weekend proctoring.
If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please contact your proctor as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
Fees
A $10 fee will be charged for exam proctoring. Additional fees for special services include:
- Printing: 10¢ per page in black and white and 30¢ per page in color
- Pre-paid envelopes for exams requiring materials mailed by the library: Paid by institution or student
