At our standard rate of 10¢ per BW page, you will be able to print forms from irs.gov or make copies from Pub 17 and Pub 1132, Reproducible Copies of Federal Tax Forms & Instructions.
How to get your Federal Tax Forms
To request hard copies of forms or instructions to be mailed directly to you, contact the IRS at 1.800.829.3676 or online here.
Federal forms can also be obtained at the King of Prussia IRS office located at:

State Forms
Unfortunately, the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue has discontinued their partnership with libraries and will not be providing printed forms.
Taxpayers can file the PA-40 online at no charge using PA Direct File or print forms from revenue.pa.gov. Those wishing to obtain these forms at the library will be able to do so at our standard rate of 10¢ per BW page.

AARP Tax-Aide
VITA: Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program
Chester County AARP Foundation Tax Program provides a free, volunteer-run, tax assistance service.
All volunteer tax preparers are IRS trained and certified. AARP counselors will help prepare and electronically file federal, state and local tax returns and Pennsylvania Property Tax and Rent Rebate forms, when they become available.
The AARP Foundation Tax Program is administered by the AARP foundation, but participants are not required to be members of AARP. This tax program is the nation’s largest free volunteer tax assistance service.
Who is eligible? –Anyone with a relatively simple tax return. The program is specifically for low- to moderate-income seniors who cannot afford a tax-preparation service, but they will not turn away people who don’t meet those criteria.
When is assistance available? –Volunteers will be in Paoli every Wednesday from February 6 through April 10. You must make an appointment to meet with a volunteer.
How do I sign up? –Call or visit Paoli Library or the offices of State Representative Melissa Shusterman
Where do I go? –Sessions will be held at the Easttown Library. Please note an appointment is required, call (610) 644-0138 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
Are there other dates and locations? –Yes, this is a nationwide program. Visit aarp.org/taxaide (location finder is at https://secure.aarp.org/applications/VMISLocator/searchTaxAideLocations.action) for other locations.
What do I need to bring? –There is a list of needed documents on the AARP website and also on the Tax-Aide brochure. You can print out or copy the list at the library if you do not have access to the website.
