Join Tredyffrin Public Library on Saturday, March 19th for a full day focused on physical, emotional & social well-being at Tredyffrin Public Library’s first Virtual Health & Wellness Fair! Throughout the day-long program, the library will offer free health & wellness programs. In addition to the short, free programs, local health & wellness-based organizations & businesses, such as local gyms & various health services, we will be providing information about ways in which the community can better their health & wellness.
The Virtual Health and Wellness Fair will offer a wealth of topics including basic exercise, healthy eating & mental health awareness. Whether you are maintaining your fitness goals or looking to set new & improved goals, the Virtual Health & Wellness Fair is sure to have something for everyone!
