Help us celebrate our Party in the Park by submitting an original piece of art to be featured in promotional material, including print and online materials (websites & social media).
Art should be family friendly & feature a fox and/or park scene.
Submit your art by midnight on June 15, 2017.
Age Requirement: This online competition is open to all artists. Winners chosen by the Party in the Park Planning Committee.
The Work Must Be Original: You must be the creator of the art and image file. Only submit your own original work and not a copy of anyone else’s copyrighted material.
Entries will be disqualified and/or removed from promotional materials if found to infringe on copyright.
Non-exclusive Permissions: Submitted entries grant us a non-exclusive perpetual license to reproduce images of your artwork to the general public. Your artwork with only be used to promote library & township programs or events.
File Sizes and Formats: Submissions may be hand-drawn or digitally created, however entries must be submitted through the form below. Accepted formats include jpg, gif, and png file images, preferably with a transparent background. Files should be no more than 2 MB.
Multiple Submissions: While we accept multiple submissions by a single artist, each submission must be entered separately.
Submission Deadlines: Submissions accepted until midnight Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, June 15.
Inclusions: Artists may choose to include additional information in their submission, such as the event title and the date & time. However, pieces including this information will receive no preference.
