How to Write an Effective Business Plan

A good business plan is the key element for launching or growing a business enterprise. But, the business plan is not a “once and done” document to be put on the shelf. Successful business know how to use the business plan to run their enterprises. This presentation focuses on what a business plan is and what it is not. The attendee will learn why the business plan is so important and how it is used to make a variety of business decisions. The presentation concluded with a discussion of the various components of the business plan and their place in the document.
Work Life Balance

Listen, learn and be entertained by serial entrepreneur, Paul Berman, as he shares his simple secret on how to achieve a terrific work – life balance. This compelling seminar explores experiences in his personal and business life with a heavy emphasis on the need for everyone to achieve the correct mix to ensure happiness and success.
