Zen Meditation Class

A practitioner-led class for those interested in exploring Zen practice. Wear comfortable clothing & bring your own Zabu or Zabuton (cushion or pillow) if you want to follow the tradition of sitting on the floor.

Weekly Bridge lessons for all levels with ACBL accredited teacher and ACBL Bridge Director, John Pino. Includes discussions of 21st century Bidding, Bridge conventions, Play of the Hand, and more.

This welcoming group has a loose structure & includes prompts, readings,  critiques & publishing discussions. Participants need not arrive at 12:30 or stay until 5 pm. Congrats to 2 participants on upcoming published works!
