Chair Yoga
Mondays, 9:30 am @ Tredyffrin Public Library
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is great for people with limited mobility or health issues such as arthritis. Yoga is shown to improve overall health, and regular practice will improve strength, flexibility, balance and improve well-being.
There is a suggested donation of $5/class.
FUNctional Fitness
Wednesdays, 9:30 am @ Tredyffrin Public Library
We all need to get fit & stay fit to get the most out of life.
This class, taught by Melissa Bloom, does a little bit of everything to get us – and keep us – ready to meet life head-on. there is some low impact cardio to get the heart pumping, weights to build strength & floor or chair work to build balance & flexibility.
This class will adjust to your level & help you improve each week. Bring a mat & water bottle. Don’t forget to wear comfortable clothing. We welcome those with limited mobility.
$5 per class requested donation.

A practitioner-led class for those interested in exploring Zen practice. Wear comfortable clothing & bring your own Zabu or Zabuton (cushion or pillow) if you want to follow the tradition of sitting on the floor.
Hatha Yoga
