About the Library Foundation
The government provides basic funding to pay for the operating expenses of our libraries. The Foundation builds on that base by creating additional financial support to acquire intellectual property in order to make information more accessible to residents of the community.
The Tredyffrin Township Board of Supervisors appoints residents to serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
The Tredyffrin Township Library Foundation is a nonprofit organization, qualified under Section 501 ( c ) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible to the donors to the full extent allowable by law.
