Exercise with Eileen Edman

Tredyffrin Public Library

Every Tuesday, 10:45-11:45 am

Registration recommended.

Have fun & get fit! Eileen’s program will focus on improving overall balance, strength and flexibility. Improving balance is key to feeling strong and confident!

You'll learn simple exercises, yoga poses and principles of Pilates that you can do in class and at home.

Eileen’s teaching style is relaxed. She will work with students’ individual needs and tailor exercises to keep them safe. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes and come as you are!

Eileen Edman is registered occupational therapist (OTR) and has taught group fitness for nearly 10 years. With an undergraduate degree in OT and a Master’s in Public Health, Eileen has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. She is the owner of Integrated Fitness Programs, LLC, which offers health education and fitness classes to the community. Eileen enjoys working in a group setting where workouts are social, energetic and educational for all, regardless of age or ability.

History Book Club

The History Book Club at Tredyffrin Library will meet every other month from 7-9 pm. Each meeting has a subject and members read a book of their choice on the subject.

Art Book Club

Join us for lively discussions, coffee, and baked goods!

Courtney Waring, Director of Education at the Delaware Art Museum, will host discussions of books where art plays a significant role—some fiction, some nonfiction. Themes will include the effects of a work of art on its owners, art thefts and forgeries, the artistic personality, and the role of art in society. Registration is required.
